KEVORA TALENT

Sales & Marketing recruitment

A sales or marketing appointment starts with a clear understanding of the customer, the offer and the result the business needs. We help turn that into a brief candidates can assess.

A CLOSER LOOK

Get clear about what success looks like

A sales target makes more sense when you know the territory, the customers and how opportunities are generated. A marketing brief is more useful when it explains the audience, budget and support behind it. We ask about those things before treating a title as the whole job.

We support appointments across sales, account management, marketing and commercial leadership. We want to understand the work someone has done, the circumstances behind their results and why they are considering a move. That gives both sides more to discuss than a list of targets or channels on a CV.

01

Define the work behind the target

For a sales role, we ask about territory, customer relationships, sales cycle and how opportunities are generated. For marketing, we discuss the audience, channels, resources and how the work will be measured. One title rarely answers those questions.

02

Discuss the full offer

Candidates need a clear view of salary, any variable pay, travel and the support available. Employers need to understand the experience behind a candidate's results and how relevant it is to their own market. We work through those details before recommending an introduction.

03

Plan the appointment

Tell us whether you need to add a colleague, cover a period of change or appoint a leader. Based in Northern Ireland, we work with employers and candidates across the UK and Ireland on permanent, temporary, contract and senior appointments.

FOR EMPLOYERS

If you are planning an appointment

We will discuss your customers, the offer and what the new person needs to achieve. For sales, that includes the sales cycle, territory, commission arrangements and existing relationships. For marketing, it includes priorities, resources and who will make decisions. A clear account of the role helps us speak to people for the right reasons, rather than just putting a title in front of them.

FOR CANDIDATES

If you are looking for your next role

We will talk openly about the full package, including any variable pay, and the work behind the headline. You may want a better product to represent, a more realistic remit or the resources to do your work properly. Tell us what matters. We will help you understand the opportunity and the questions worth asking before deciding whether to pursue it.
