Tell us what matters
Salary, travel, flexibility, the work itself. You’ll have your own reasons for thinking about a change, and they don’t need to fit neatly into a job title.
We’ll get to know your experience and what you want from the next role. If you’re still working that out, we can talk it through.
Get a feel for the workplace
Who would you report to? How does the team work? What will be expected of you when you start? We ask about the things that help you decide whether a role will suit you.
Where possible, we visit our clients’ workplaces. We’ll share what we’ve learned and be clear about anything we still need to find out.
Your search stays yours
We’ll discuss an opportunity with you before putting you forward. You’ll know who the employer is, what we understand about the role and why we think it may suit.
If you’re looking quietly, tell us. We’ll agree how to handle the conversations with the discretion you need.
Know where you stand
When you’re waiting for an answer about a job, the silence can be frustrating. If we’ve spoken with you about a role, we’ll let you know the outcome and pass on the feedback available to us.
You can ask questions along the way. If we need to check something with the employer, we’ll do that.
Keep in touch for later
You don’t have to be ready to move to get in touch. Tell us what might interest you and when a change could make sense. We’ll keep that in mind when a relevant opportunity comes up.
