Business Support recruitment

The people who keep a business organised often have a much wider role than their job title suggests. We help employers find that support and candidates understand what the working day will involve.

A CLOSER LOOK

The people everyone relies on

Business support is often where the working day comes together. It is the customer getting a clear answer, the diary that makes sense and the information someone needs being ready when they need it. When that support is missing, the rest of the team feels it quickly.

We recruit across administration, customer service and office support, from a first office role to an experienced executive assistant or office manager. We want to know what the person will actually be responsible for, how busy the desk gets and who they can turn to when priorities clash.

01

Understand what needs doing

An administrator in a small business may cover customer enquiries, records and diary management. A similar title in a larger team may mean a much narrower remit. We establish the responsibilities, systems and level of independence before starting a search.

02

The practical details matter

Working hours, time on site and the people someone will support can decide whether a role works for them. We discuss those details alongside experience, including how competing requests are handled and what training is available.

03

Permanent support or short-term cover

Speak with us about permanent appointments, temporary cover or a contract assignment. If you are considering a move, tell us about the work you enjoy and the arrangements you need. We work from Northern Ireland with employers and candidates across the UK and Ireland.

FOR EMPLOYERS

If you are hiring

Tell us where the pressure is building. Is someone needed to take ownership of a busy inbox, support a senior team or keep the whole office organised? We will work through the responsibilities, systems, hours and salary with you. Temporary cover and a permanent appointment need different conversations, but both need someone who understands the work they are coming into.

FOR CANDIDATES

If you are thinking about a move

Tell us which parts of your work you enjoy and what you would like to change. You might want more responsibility, a better working pattern or simply a team where your contribution is recognised. We will talk through the actual duties and arrangements before recommending a role, including whether it is office-based, hybrid or covering a fixed period.
